With Big Sur Beta, I don't see above prompt and I can't also manually add/update MyApp entry in

This happened while system was stable, I didn't install any new software, driver or plug any new device to my macbook pro. I forgot to screenshot but I've found same notification example on.

System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Files and Folders. The only entry I can see for MyApp is in System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Full Disk Access which is disabled by default. Once I manually enable this FDA (Full Disk Access) setting, MyApp starts working properly.
Since I couldn't get much related info from Beta release notes, I would like to know whether there are major changes w.r.t. app access in Big Sur? Is FDA enable the only option for app access or can we have more granular control (i.e., allow access only to Desktop folder)?

Use the following steps to enable the system extensions on your macOS endpoint:

1. Select ‘Open Security Preferences’.

2. Click the lock icon to make changes and then select ‘AppStore and identified developers’ in the ‘Allow apps downloaded from’ area. Click ‘Allow’.

If the system extension was allowed when the GlobalProtect app was installed for the first time, no additional pop-ups will be displayed when you: Bluestacks 4.1.

• Disable and enable GlobalProtect app
• Refresh the GlobalProtect app
• Upgrade or downgrade the GlobalProtect app
• Uninstall and reinstall the GlobalProtect app
• Restart macOS after successfully connecting using GlobalProtect
